Product overview:
Anti-pilling finishing agent JYK WS is suitable for all fibers, which can effectively improve the anti-pilling performance of fibers.
Product character:
It can reduce the phenomenon of fabric fuzzing and pilling;
It can improve the tear resistance of the fabric and the strength of the sewing part;
It has good compatibility and can be compatible with conventional cationic and nonionic products.
Product performance:
Appearance: Light color liquid      

Ionic: Non/cationic                    

pH: 3-6
Chemical composition: Silicate compound        

Density: 1.0-1.1 g/cm            

Solubility: Soluble in water
Application methods:
1. Padding process (resin):
JYK WS recommended dosage: 10-20g/L; Liquid carrying rate: 60-80%.
2. Pad rolling process (hemp and synthetic fiber):
JYK WS recommended dosage: 20-40g/L; Liquid carrying rate: 60-80%.
Note: It only needs to be dried, without baking.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. The product is suitable for padding process under weak acidic to neutral conditions;
3. The product has no effect on whitening fabric, but it is recommended to test it in advance when it is treated with anionic whitening agent in the same bath.
Packing:
25 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.
Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
