Anti-UV finishing agent JYK UV-130

Product overview:

The anti-ultraviolet finishing agent JYK UV-130 is mainly used for anti-ultraviolet processing of silk and wool,which are dyed with acid dyes, cotton, viscose and flax ,which are dyed with reactive dyes. It can also be used for anti-ultraviolet processing of polyester and its blended fabrics.

The treated fabric can absorb ultraviolet rays and improve the color fastness of dyed fabric to the sun.

Product character:

It has little effect on the color and light of fabric;

It can be used for fabrics composed of various natural fibers and synthetic fibers;

Good compatibility, can be used with general textile chemicals (such as resins, adhesives, antistatic agents, softeners, flame retardants, etc.).

Product performance:

Appearance: Light yellow liquid    

Ionicity: Weak cation

Density: 1.0-1.1 g/cm3         

pH: 8-11

Composition: Benzotriazole light stabilizer         

Viscosity: Less than 100 cps

Solubility: Soluble in organic esters and polyols, easily soluble in water

Application methods:

1. Impregnation method:

JYK UV-130 recommended dosage: 2-3% weight ratio to fabric;

Impregnation temperature: 40-50℃; Impregnation time: 30-45min; Drying: 130-150 .

2. Padding method:

JYK UV-130 recommended dosage: 30-50 g/L; padding ratio: 80-100%.

Fabric → dyeing → washing with water (soaping) → drying → soaking in UV-130 → drying ( at 150-180℃).

Precautions:

Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility of various additives.

Packing:

25 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.

Storage:

Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;

It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
