Product overview:
This product is an excellent antibacterial and antiviral finishing agent, which can be used for the antibacterial and antiviral finishing of cellulose fibers such as cotton, viscose fiber, lyocell fiber, wool and silk fabrics, as well as cellulose fibers and polyester, nylon, lycra (spandex) and other blended fabrics. Under low dosage, it can give the fabric lasting fresh, effectively control the breeding of microorganisms and odor generation; High dosage, antiviral, widely used in clothing, towels, bedding, wet wipes and non-woven products such as antibacterial and antiviral finishing.

Application methods:
This product can be used by a variety of methods such as dipping, coating and foam application.
The recommended dosage of JYK ABDO-100 is 1-6% ( weight ratio to fabric).
1. Dipping method: for open-width processed fabrics, dipping method can be used;
Recommended dosage: 1-6% (weight ratio to fabric) or 10-60g/L
Rolling liquid rate: 80-100%; Drying→setting: 120-160℃×1-2min.
2, impregnation method: This product has a good affinity for cellulose fiber, can be absorbed to the fiber;
Recommended dosage: 2-8% (weight ratio to fabric);
pH: 6.5-7; Bath ratio: 1:10-15; Bath temperature: 40-60℃;
Impregnation time: 20-30min; Drying→setting: 120-160℃×1-2min.
Recommended amount of antibacterial: 1-2% (weight ratio to fabric)
Antiviral recommended dosage: 4-6% (weight ratio to fabric)
Precautions:
1. Pre-test is required before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various auxiliaries;
2. Stable storage at room temperature to 0℃. if frozen, it needs to be melted before use.
3. The use of dipping process, should avoid the use of special, acid-sensitive fluorescent whitening agent in the same bath. When handling on white bleached cotton cloth, be sure to remove all residual bleach before use;
4. When the antibacterial treatment of the blended fabric, it should be ensured that the blended fabric should contain at least 35% of cotton or artificial fibers.

Storage:
Store in a dry and well-ventilated place away from light;
Do not store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
