Product overview:

This product is a finishing agent for textile with Centella asiatica extract as active ingredient, glycerol, amino acid, softener and other ingredients.

The treated textiles have good antibacterial effect, and also have the skin care effect of moisturizing and whitening skin.

Application methods:

It can be applied by padding and impregnation.  

Suggested dosage: 2-3% (weight ratio to fabric).

1. Padding method:

The general dosage is 30-50g/L.

One immersion and one padding,

the padding liquid ratio is 70-100%, drying→setting.  

Impregnation method:

Dosage: 2.0-3.0% (weight ratio to fabric);

Bath ratio: 1:10-15;  Temperature: room temperature (25℃)-40℃;

Soaking: 15-30min→dehydration→drying: 80-100℃→setting: 120-150℃.

Component test:

It can test the content of total glycosides of centella asiatica.

(total asiaticoside = asiaticoside + hydroxyasicoside + asiaticoside + hydroxyasicoside)

Asiatic acid: CAS: 464-92-6

Centella hydroxyasiatis: CAS: 34540-22-2

Asiaticoside: CAS: 16830-15-2

Precautions:

1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;

2. It may affect the color of the processed yarn and fabric. Please make sure that the color is confirmed before mass production;

3. Adjust the dosage of additives according to customer requirements.

Packing:

25kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.  

Storage:

Store in a dry and well-ventilated place away from light ;

It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
