The product is suitable for anti-sticking treatment of felt cloth, carpet cloth, chiffon cloth, back linen cloth, cotton cloth, carpet edging and other products.

Application methods:
JYK FIX-VTC can be used by padding, coating or spraying. The recommended dosage is 3-5% weight ratio to fabric, and the specific dosage and usage depend on the variety and purpose of fabric.
1. Pad rolling method:
1.1 Suggested process formula, taking the rolling rate of 80% as an example:
JYK FIX-VTC: 40-60 g/L.
1.2 Suggested process flow: bleached and dyed fabric → padding: JYK FIX-VTC solution → drying at 80-110℃
Tension setting: keep the temperature at 160-180℃ for 30 seconds or at 130℃ for 3-4 minutes.
2. Coating method or spraying method:
2.1 Recommended process formula: JYK FIX-VTC: 3-5% weight ratio to fabric.
2.2 Suggested process flow: bleached and dyed fabric → coating or spraying on one side → drying → high temperature baking or tension .
Precautions:
Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility of various additives.
Packing:
25 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.
Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
