Application methods:
Generally, padding process is used, and impregnation method can also be used to treat loose fibers such as cotton and viscose.
Recommended dosage:
JYK ZOT-80: 5-8% weight ratio to fabric;
When washing resistance is required, cross-linking agent JYK FIX-DI: 2-4% weight ratio to fabric can be used.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. Under normal circumstances, when treating fabrics such as cotton and viscose, the dosage of deodorant can be slightly lower; When treating chemical fiber fabrics or fibers, the dosage should be appropriately increased.
